Registration fee and optional social event fee are $220 in total. Additional banquet fee for accompanying person is $55, and should be paid at the time of the registration. These fees should be paid by a credit card or the bank transfer at the registration time. We cannot handle personal check or cash. We plan to close the registration on September 9th. We do not accept the on-site registration/payment.
