Registration fee

• Early registration fee (by April 28th) - 250 USD
• Late registration fee (between April 29th - May 18th) - 300 USD

Registration fee covers the workshop room equipment and refreshments.

Addtional fee for the social event is 70 USD for both workshop participants and their accompanies. Registration fee and additional social event fee have to be paid at the registration. We do not accept on-site payment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Workshop secretary by email. Cancellation before April 28th will be refunded with 50 USD processing fee. No refund will be made after April 28th.
