Note : If you want to participate to the NASA/MSFC tour, your registration must be completed by April 21st (**EXTENDED**) for non-US citizen, and by May 5th for US citizen.

Registration for general participants

• Early registration fee (by April 28th) - 320 USD
• Late registration fee (between April 29th - May 18th) - 370 USD

Note: Registration fee is yet to be finalized by the time we open the registration.

Registration fee covers the workshop room equipment, refreshments and social event. Registration fee has to be paid by a credit card or a bank transfer at the registration. We do not accept on-site payment.

Additional fee for accompanying person to the social event is 70 USD and should be paid at the time of registration.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Workshop secretary by email. Cancellation before April 28th will be refunded with 50 USD processing fee. No refund will be made after April 28th.
