Registration fee covers the workshop room and equipment, refreshments and social banquet (Nov.29). Registration fee has to be paid by a credit card or a bank transfer at the registration. We do not accept on-site payment.
Additional fee for accompanying person to the social dinner is $60 and should be paid at the time of registration.

Cancellation must be notified to the Workshop secretary by email. Cancellation before November 19th will be refunded with $50 processing fee. No refund will be made after November 19th.
