In this work, we present an analytical model of 3-dimensional (3D) beam ray tracing of the reflected beam in multi-mirror system. It features module of reflected beam from a single mirror considering the spatial position in 6 Degree of Freedom (DOF). A 3D beam ray tracing of multiple mirrors in serial chain is further developed based on the module method.
