SuperB [1] aims at the construction of a very high luminosity (10{36} cm{-2} s{-1}) asymmetric e^+e^- Flavour Factory, with possible location at the campus of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, near the INFN Frascati National Laboratory. In this paper the basic principles of the design and details on the lattice are given.
