This is a memorandum of understanding between the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) and University of Chicago, Argonne National Laboratory (ANL), Saclay/IRFU and the University of Hawaii experimenters who have committed to participate in beam tests to be carried out during the 2008 Meson Test beam Facility program.
