This talk presents the design and parameters for practical 11 GHz rf deflectors. The deflectors use unusual couplers of waveguide type. The first is a traveling wave deflector which can be used to diagnose the LCLS 14 GeV bunches with ~10 femtosecond resolution. The next one is a high-shunt-impedance, standing-wave deflector which can measure MeV beams with femtosecond resolution.
